Welcome Everyone!

Welcome to Red River College and congratulations on selecting this great school. As your executive, we are responsible for representing your interests and generally helping to make your time here both successful and positive.

The SA works hard to meet the needs and interests of the students. This web site is just an example of one of those services. Throughout the year, it will provide frequent updates on events and important announcements from the SA. Be sure to visit the site to find out when the next events are happening. Also, check out the pictures of some of our past events which showcase things from Meltdown Week to our annual Ski Trip.

The site will also inform you on the various services we offer, from advocacy to the health benefits plan. So if you ever need to find out about our services from the comfort of your home, it's just a click away. Also be sure to check out the online issues in our student newspaper, "The Projector" as it hits the stands around the College and various sites around the city.

Remember that this site is just one of the many services we offer that are designed to help you get the most during your time at Red River College. If there is something that you really need to learn more about, our offices are always open. Drop by our offices at CM20 at the Notre Dame campus or P110 at the Princess Street campus.

HAVE A GREAT YEAR!

Student Advisory Board

The SAB is the governing body of the RRC SA and helps to set direction for each year's executives. Composed of 20 students and 5 alternates from a diverse range of college programs, the SAB meets once per month to discuss the larger issues that the SA deals with. All students are welcome to attend meetings as observers.

The SAB is selected in September of each year and serves a one year term. Board members are appointed by the executive committee and have the opportunity to learn all about the SA and the college. Applications are available at the SA office each September.
